This place always has a pop up at the ferry building farmers market and it's one of my favorite stops. I got 2 different types, one being the mushroom stroganoff and the other was brisket: I found both delicious but I surprisingly enjoyed the stroganoff more! Perfectly crispy potato pancakes with so many topping options to choose from.

One of the best deals there with little to no line to get a quality hot breakfast while others wait in lines a tent over. Look for the off menu special in a frame below the big board. This is the nearby fine dining restaurant, One Market's New York style Deli only open to enjoy in the ambiance of the bustling Saturday farmers market.

Mark n Mikes is so nice! I accidentally stumbled by this place while exploring the city. I love a good sandwich shop and this place is great. The "12 Hour Smoked Brisket" sandwich was out of this world.

Absolutely delicious latkes! The salmon latkes are my go to latke! Always order two. Very filling and reasonably priced.

This review is only for the farmers market booth. Was feeling a little hungry this past Saturday as I was walking around the Farmers Market at the Ferry Building. Decided to try some latkes! Since it was breakfast/brunch, I decided to go for the bodega bay smoked salmon latkes with creme fraiche, roe, and dill. Service was extremely quick. It felt like only seconds after I ordered that my food was out. Slight warning--the latkes will be very hot so make sure not to burn yourself. The latkes were crispy on the outside and full of potato-y goodness inside. Can't go wrong with smoked salmon, salmon roe, dill, and the refreshing spread of creme fraiche. Only docking off 1 star because the latkes definitely have to be eaten immediately because the heat from the latkes will melt the creme fraiche into a watery puddle. Managed to scoop up some puddles before it all completely melted. Flavor was on point and price was pretty much what you would expect at a farmers market in San Francisco.

Nothing really caught my eye until I saw their stand at the Ferry farmers market. Since it was early in the morning, I wasn't craving a heavy meal. I saw that they were offering latkes in a single portion. These were mini and fit in the palm of my hand, but were filled with so much flavor from the salmon roe. I love anything that has smoked salmon so the Bodega Bay was my choice. The smoked salmon on top of that crispy potato pancake was so good! Savored every bite of this and it was out in literally seconds after I ordered it. I will miss this place for sure!

It was about the third time I had walked by Mark 'N Mike's stand during the weekly Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market on Saturdays and this time I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! We ended up ordering a Pastrami "Reuben" as well as a Pulled Brisket Latkes. The combination of flavors was delicious :) For the Pastrami "Reuben" this included MnM dressing, sauerkraut, and Swiss Cheese. Whereas for the Pulled Brisket it was a combination BBQ sauce, pickled jalapeno, and American cheese. I had actually expected the portion to be smaller but was glad the size of the portion was larger than I expected. I'd definitely order again especially as an appetizer before a bigger meal or as a snack in between stands at the farmer's market.

I have had this bookmarked for a while. This place was opened during the height of COVID and was pick up and delivery only for a while during 2021, but now serves their sandwiches at One Market restaurant. I ordered the combo pastrami & brisket on rye (served with a pickle). I asked for some Russian dressing on the side. Our darling waiter said the sandwich was "huge" - It was NOT huge (see photo), I handily polished it off without issue, I might even say for a $24 sandwich - it was on the small side. Tt was delicious, however and served in the posh One Market setting, so no complaints. Minor quibble is that somehow one of the pieces of rye bread was a little stale on one side -- Maybe it was from the loaf from the day prior and not sealed correctly (We were the first table of the day arriving at 11:30 am.) Really happy I got to try this place, "curiosity killed the cat and satisfaction brought him back!"

What a wonderful surprise it was to hear about a new East Coast Jewish deli pop-up inside One Market's beautiful restaurant in San Francisco's financial district! Placing my order for pickup via Tock was easy and quick; you can link to the ordering for pickup or delivery from One Market's "Mark'n Mike's" section on their website. The menu has many options, including meats and cheeses by the pound, just as if you had walked into an old fashioned deli! I could not decide, so I opted to order ala carte, ordering for several days of fun noshing. The latkas did not last long, as they were hot, crispy, and very delicious. The high quality deli meats and cheeses made for days of delightful eating, and the rugelach was a standout! I will definitely return for more of Mark'n Mike's excellent food ; )
